insitu - Special version
For installation in molded fall protection.
insitu - What is it?
We produce and deliver our trampolines in the standard version with fall protection segments. Trampolines that were installed in molded fall protection were called special version. For easier communication these trampolines called insitu. (= Latin "on site")
As part of the revision of the standard for playground safety DIN EN 1176, our trampolines were successfully adapted by our constructors for complete installation in molded fall protection. TÜV SÜD has confirmed this change with the corresponding certificate.
What is different?
The standard stipulates that unprotected edges with the fall protection area that can be encountered muste be rounded off with a minimum radius of 20 mm.
Fall protection
The advantage of this special version „insitu“ in terms of design is that the trampoline is completely built into the molded fall protection. The fall protection material is completely cast over the trampoline frame. The relevant manufacturer specifications must be considered when setting up the fall protection. The shock-absorbing properties must meet the requirements for a maximum free fall height of 0.90 m.
Ground
The „insitu“ trampolines are installed in undisturbed or compacted soil. The installation depth depends on the structure and the thickness of the molded fall protection.
Steel frame
The underground components are completely hot-dip galvanized, making them highly robust and durable.
