The rope composition - specialized ropes for specialized equipment
1 - Rope diameter
The rope diameter is determined by technical and ergonomic criteria. We use a diameter of 20 mm for the internal space net and 22 mm for the borders and the tensioning ropes.
2 - Sheathing
The sheathing is made of multi-fiber material. We do not use split yarns or foil yarns. The surface is extremely robust, durable and abrasion-resistant due to the twisted multi-strand sheathing.
3 - Yarn
The yarn is made of polyamide or polyester and is highly UV resistant. The colors remain brilliant and bright, even after years of use.
4 - Core
Depending on the application, the core is made of either plastic or steel.
5 - Steel strand
The steel strand is galvanized or coated with a ductile aluminum-zinc alloy for optimal corrosion protection.
